Scam

This company took nearly £100 from me to pick up the phone to a taxi company they have no affiliation with to make a booking. They have no preferential deals with the taxi company and any promise of a quote is complete fabrication. Avoid at all costs.

Poor service

I am disappointed by your service. The driver did not meet me at the airport however meet and greet service was ordered. The driver did not call me as well. It is so difficult to reach you via landline, long waiting, no answer.

Very confusing

Booked a taxi online - paid the deposit. Was then told to pay the driver in cash, and deposit would be refunded. I still haven’t received refund.
