Not so happy

Had to wait 30 min at terminal 5. No person meeting but had to go myself to the pick up spot. Driver hadn’t showered for days. After dropping me of I had to pay £6 for parking at Heathrow I even though I had to wait for the driver!

Beware of these scammers - they increased the price by 10 pounds when the driver came to pick me and refused to take me otherwise. A real scam, shame on you people
